The Last Apprentice (so named on this side of the pond) and it’s adaptation Seventh Son is a spooky YA about a spook and his apprentice that borders on the creepy. Witches, boggarts, giants, blood cakes, and girls with pointy shoes are all part of the dangers of this world, though, for the movie, it may very well be the costumes which had us clutching our pearls the most!
